Las Vegas, NM --- New Mexico Highlands lands 1 athlete to be nominated for RMAC First-Team All-Academic with 19 other student-athletes making the All-Academic Honor Roll.

The student-athlete must have been at the University for two consecutive semesters and also maintain a 3.3 GPA or higher in order to be eligible for the award.

Celina Naranjo from the Cowgirl volleyball team received first team honors. The senior is from Espanola, NM and has maintained a 4.00 GPA and plans to graduate with a degree in Biology and Chemistry.
The Cross Country All-Academic teams have not yet been released from the RMAC.
