th and Friday, March 12
th.

The Cowboys (4-4, 2-2 RMAC) are coming off a road split (15-3 W, 3-7 L, 7-13 L, 6-5 W) with Colorado Christian last weekend in Lakewood, CO, and sit tied for 5
th place in the RMAC standings. As a group, the Cowboys are batting .326 from the plate and have registered 91 hits with 11 home runs and 59 RBI (4

Gaylan Young continues in the hot seat for the Cowboys, batting.448 with 13 hits, 2 home runs, 10 RBI, and a .759 slugging percentage while
Estevan De La O is right behind at .394 from behind the plate with 13 hits and 8 RBI.
Kalen Hammer (.364 AVG, 4 hits, 3 RBI),
Joe Kuhn (.348 AVG, 8 hits, 2 HR, 3 RBI),
Jesus Chavez, (.308 AVG, 8 hits, 2 HR, 9 RBI), and
Charles Morgan (.304 AVG, 7 hits, 2RBI) will also look to aid the Cowboys offensively.

Jadrian Martinez pitched a complete game and held the Cougars to 7 hits in a 15-3 win in game 1 last weekend for the Cowboys. Martinez (1-0) comes in with a 3.86 ERA and a team best 13 strikeouts while
Brady Salyards (1-0) leads the team with a 2.35 ERA and is second with 9 strikeouts.

UCCS saw their bye weekend last week as they sit 0-0 in conference play and 4-0 overall with a 4-game sweep over MSU Billings. The Mountain Lions are batting .370 as a team with 47 hits and 9 homeruns on the season. UCCS is led by Jaeden Hegmann who is batting .538 from behind the plate to place him 3
rd in the RMAC while Kiicho Sato has also recorded a .538 AVG.
