NMHU's Brown named RMAC Baseball Player of the Week

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. --- New Mexico Highlands' Jared Brown was named the RMAC Baseball Player of the Week on Tuesday by the conference.

The senior went 6-for-15 with five home runs, a double, 10 RBI and five runs during a four-game pod series against Colorado School of Mines (two games) and UCCS (two games).

Brown is now hitting .342 on the season with 10 home runs (tied for fourth in the RMAC), 10 doubles (tied for 11th) and 37 RBI (tied for third in the RMAC). He's 11th in the RMAC in OPS at 1.120. 

NMHU returns to action Friday as it travels to start a four-game series at CSU Pueblo.
