"Olivia has shown remarkable perseverance in athletics and life. She is inspirational," said Head Coach
Bob DeVries.
Rojrika Campbell tied for the top mark today in the High Jump as she cleared 1.65m which is the second best mark this season in the conference.
"We recruited Rojrika as an all-around jumper, but the High Jump is looking like her best event," Said DeVries.
Freshman

Nadine Rose (57.87) and
Lucia Harrison (58.05) finished seventh and eighth respectively in the 400.
"This bodes well for our potential in the 4x400 relay. Now we need to transfer the potential into kinetic performance," commented DeVries after the race.
Freshman
Emma Hurren posted another personal best, her sixth consecutive, in the 800 meter run with a 2:28.6.  Hurren came back to anchor the Cowgirls 4x400 in a gritty battle against Colorado College to secure the heat win.
"Emma is starting to believe she can race college athletes," said DeVries about Hurren's performance on Saturday.
Selena Fresquez set her collegiate best (27.58) in the 200 meter dash and came back an hour later to lead off the HU 4x400.
On Fressquez DeVries said, "Selena won her heat and got our relay to the front in her leg, she's such a fighter."
In the 3000 Steeple
Josey French moved to the number two spot on the Cowgirls all-time performance list with a 12:30.7.
On French's effort, DeVries said, "We don't really get to practice steeple with our track, this was Josey's first time going over the steeple barriers this year. She's going to race faster."
