Las Vegas, New Mexico - With one week to go until the 2024 Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Championships in Grand Junction, the NMHU Track & Field team is competing at the Don Kirby Tailwind Open on Friday at the University of New Mexico.
The Cowgirls look to build on an outstanding effort at the Maverick Invite #2 last weekend at Colorado Mesa that saw the team secure NCAA provisional qualifying times, break three facility records, and set new NMHU records.
One event to keep an eye on Friday for the Cowgirls is the 4x400 relay as the team looks to secure the NCAA provisional time in the event.
