Set One: The Cowgirls opened the set on a 3-0 scoring run, but after the score was 6-3, the Cowgirls led UCCS, went on a seven-point run, and would never look back, going on to win set one 25-21.
Set Two: Leading 3-2, UCCS would go on a five-point run and ultimately would run away with set two. 25-12.
Set Three: The Cowgirls had their backs against the wall; however, UCCS would ultimately overpower them, winning the set and completing the sweep.
