"I am so proud of every one of you who earned all-conference honors. This isn't about any individual talent or person on the team, it's about the discipline, toughness and consistency each of these guys showed every single day," said Cowboy's Head Coach
Kurt Taufa'asau. "These guys raised our standard, and I know the conference noticed. I know this is just the start to what we're building. Congratulations to all of our guys and team on a good season. Let's keep building."
Taufa'asau led the Cowboys to a 6-5 record in 2025, the most wins in a season by the NMHU program since the 2012 team won eight games.
