Lubby Marrujo was named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Division II Baseball Academic All-District Team.
The 2024-25 Academic All-District® Baseball teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes baseball honorees in four divisions - NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
Marrujo, a graduate of Robertson High School, played in 46 games at shortstop this season for the Cowboys. He was fourth in the conference in assists with 120 and tied for eighth in fielding double plays with 25. He has appeared in 146 games in his career as a Cowboy.
The Las Vegas, New Mexico, native has a 3.81 GPA while studying Computer Science at New Mexico Highlands University.
