Colorado Springs, Colorado - The Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC) released the 2026 Volleyball Preseason Coaches' Poll this afternoon. New Mexico Highlands received 52 points, good for a 12th place finish, in the voting by the conference's 15 coaches.
"We understand that preseason polls are based on what people expect from the outside, but our focus is on the expectations we have for ourselves. This group has worked hard throughout the offseason, and we're excited for the opportunity to compete and show the progress we continue to make as a program." Coach

The Cowgirls open the season August 28 in Gunnison Colorado for the Virgina Harris/Jeanie Miller Invitational. Before returning home for the Meadow City Classic on September 4 in Historic Las Vegas.
