SILVER CITY, N.M.- The Cowgirls will travel down to Western New Mexico a match-up against the in-state rival. This will be the last regular season RMAC meeting between the two teams as the Mustangs are headed to the Lone Star Conference next season.

The Cowgirls enter the weekend a 7-14, 4-8 record. The Cowgirls are coming off a 1-3 weekend against Metro St.

The Mustangs come into the weekend with an 11-16, 7-5 record. Last weekend they went 1-3 against Chadron State with their only win coming in the first game in eight innings by a score of 2-1.
