LAS VEGAS, N.M.- The Roadrunners of Metro St. will travel to Las Vegas for a four games series against the Cowgirls. The Roadrunners come in with a 9-9, 6-2 record while the Cowgirls enter the series with a 6-11, 3-5 record.

The Roadrunners and Cowgirls have only met one common opponent this season, Eastern New Mexico. The Cowgirls split their two game series while the Roadrunners escaped with a 2-0 victory. The Roadrunners love to share the circle as they have three pitchers who have started four games or more this season. Hayley Fields leads the way with a 6-3 record and a 3.82 era. Fields also lead the team at the plate batting .453 and starting all 18 games this season. Of her 18 hits, one of them was a homerun, five were triples, and eight were doubles.

The Cowgirls also share circle well with three pitchers who have each started at least five games. They are led by
Brianna Velasquez (2-2, 2.24 era) and
Michelle Brincefield (4-3, 3.68). At the plate

The series opens on Saturday at noon with the second game starting at 2 p.m. The series will wrap up on Sunday was the first game at 11 a.m. and the final game of the series at 1 p.m. Live stats and video will be provided for all games.
