LAS VEGAS, N.M. --- The New Mexico Highlands baseball team hits the road to play a non-conference pod series in Golden, Colorado, against Colorado School of Mines and UCCS.

NMHU is coming off splitting a four-game series with Regis last weekend, losing the opener 12-11, winning the next two games 19-9 and 17-5 and losing the finale 7-5.
Brandon Baier continues to lead the Cowboys in hitting (.407), OPS (1.223), doubles (10) and RBI (34) to go along with seven homers and 25 runs.
Estevan De La O is second on the team in hitting at .387 with a homer, seven triples, six doubles, 16 RBI and 27 runs,
Aidan McNichol is hitting .361 with three homers, 10 doubles and 22 RBI,
Jared Brown is batting .333 with five homers, 27 RBI and nine doubles while
Joe Kuhn is hitting .309 with a 1.105 OPS, a team-high nine homers, five doubles, two triples and 26 RBI.

The Mountain Lions are coming off dropping three of four at home to MSU Denver last weekend.
Kiichi Sato leads the Mountain Lions in hitting at .387 to go along with a homer, 14 RBI, 25 runs, 12 doubles and three triples. Caleb Stubbings also owns an OPS above 1.000 (1.023) with a team-best seven homers and 28 RBI.
Jon Sotto has been the team's top pitcher with a 5.95 ERA with 16 strikeouts and 12 walks in 19.2 innings (seven appearances, three starts).Jonathan Cowles has been the team's top starter, going 3-3 with a 7.36 ERA, 33 strikeouts and four walks in 36.2 innings.

The Orediggers are coming taking three of four from Colorado Christian at home last weekend - winning 13-8, 14-1, 5-4 and losing 10-5.
Luke Folsom (.369, 3 HR, 11 2B, 15 RBI), Toby Scoles (.365, 2 HR, 7 2B, 15 RBI and I-Ly Hsue (.300, 3 HR, 21 RBI, 5 2B, 3 3B) are all batting .300 or above for CSM.
Tyler Blomster has been stellar on the mound for CSM as he's 5-0 with a 0.86 ERA with 42 strikeouts, six walks in 42 innings. Batters are hitting just .204 against him.
