Las Vegas, New Mexico - Coming off a weather shortened series with Black Hills State, the Cowgirls are in Colorado to play a series with Adams State this weekend. Mother nature made life difficult last weekend for NMHU as they split a pair of games on Monday in Las Vegas with Black Hills State.
The Cowgirls are 8-15 overall and 4-14 in the RMAC. The Grizzlies enter play with an overall record of 3-26 and 1-19 in conference play after dropping four to Mesa State last weekend.
Looking back at the last 10 games in the series between the two teams, Adams State holds a 6-4 edge.
Saturday's doubleheader is scheduled to get under way at 12:00 pm while Sunday's action is slated for an 11:00 am start.
