Las Vegas, New Mexico - The Cowgirls are in Chadron, Nebraska, for a weekend series with Chadron State starting on Saturday.
The Cowgirls are 11-24 overall and 7-23 in RMAC play after losing four straight to nationally ranked Colorado Christian last weekend.
Karla Banegas is seventh in the conference with a .450 batting average.
Chadron State is 5-33 overall and 5-23 in the conference after being swept by Colorado Mesa last weekend in Grand Junction. Looking back at the last ten games in the series history between the two teams, Chadron State has a 6-4 edge.
Saturday's games get underway at 12:00 pm while Sunday's games are set for an 11:00 am first pitch.
