Las Vegas, New Mexico - The Cowgirls are back home this weekend as they welcome nationally ranked Colorado Christian to Las Vegas for a weekend series.
NMHU is 11-20 overall and 7-19 in the RMAC. Last time out, the Cowgirls were swept by Colorado Mesa in Grand Junction last week.
Karla Banegas leads the way offensively as she is hitting .457 which is fifth best in the conference.
Colorado Christian comes into this weekend's series at 33-4 overall and 35-3 in conference play. The Cougars are ranked seventh in this week's NFCA Division II poll.
Saturday's games get under way at 12:00 pm and Sunday's doubleheader is scheduled for an 11:00 am start.
