Colorado Springs, Colorado - New Mexico Highlands junior
Jazmyn Griego has been named the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC) Softball Player of the Week.
Griego went 11-for-17 (.647) at the plate in the Cowgirls' four-game series at Black Hills State that concluded yesterday. The junior drove in 11 runs and scored three while striking out just once during the series. New Mexico Highlands scored 27 total runs over the weekend, with Griego accounting for 14 of them.
