GOLDEN, COLO- NMHU football team goes back on the road this weekend where they will face Colorado School of Mines in Colorado.

The Cowboys are coming off a tough 7-49 loss to Fort Lewis on Sept. 26. NMHU had a big decrease in offensive numbers after coming off a game against WNMU where they had 5 TDs in the air and 505 total yards on offense. Despite the decrease,
Keith Moore threw for 124 yards, TD, and had 63% completion rate. Assisting him in the air, were
Austin Jones and
Justin Vaughn with 51 yards and 46 yards respectively.

Cowboys are averaging 14.75 points per game, 108 yards per game on the ground, and 201 passing yards per game.

The Orediggers are going to be a tough opponent for our boys. They are currently undefeated and have a high-powered offense that is scoring 48.8 points per game.

The Cowboys have been struggling but look to upset the Orediggers this weekend in Colorado and get their first win of the season.
