Cowboys Picked Eighth in 2023 RMAC Coaches Poll

The Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference (RMAC) released the 2023 football preseason poll last week.

New Mexico Highlands was picked to finish eighth in the poll with 28 points in the voting by the conference football coaches. The Cowboys finished last season at 3-7 overall overall and 3-6 in the RMAC. The entire poll can be found here. 

The Cowboys open the 2023 season on August 31st traveling to Eastern New Mexico University in Portales. Kick-off at Greyhound Stadium is set for 6:00 pm.  

Coach Ron Hudson, in his second season at the helm of the Cowboy football program, has a schedule that features six home games at Sanchez Family Stadium in 2023. Season tickets for the upcoming season are available now at NMHU Tickets.
