Cowgirls Lose At Colorado Christian

Lakewood, Colorado - Colorado Christian defeated the Cowgirls on Saturday 76-47. The loss drops NMHU to 5-19 overall and 4-14 in the RMAC. The Cougars improve to 14-10 overall and 10-8 in conference play.

Juliana Aragon led the Cowgirls with 16 points on five for nine shooting from the floor. Neysa Munguia led NMHU with six rebounds.

As a team the Cowgirls shot 32% from the floor and made seven three pointers on Saturday. Colorado Christian held a 48-28 rebounding edge.

The Cowgirls host Colorado Mesa and Westminster next weekend.
